I provide both psychotherapy and coaching to kids and grown-ups overcoming the ongoing stress and anxiety caused by distortions to the Inner Childhood Narrative (ICN) after experiencing ruptures to a healthy attachment cycle.  These sessions are for those who want to take a deep dive into the healing process and can be done in-person and online.
